For almost a decade the JCI has been offering Intensive programs in Culinary Arts as well as Bakery and Patisserie.Our student body is truly international coming from Europe, USA, Canada and Latin America many of whom are now working at top kosher establishments worldwide. Once graduating the JCI   the world is your oyster with a range of career opportunities either working at Restaurants or Hotels or maybe high end Catering or Cruises. The possibilities are endless!Many of our alumni have entered into restaurant management or have become food writers and food stylists.
